  • No mechanical seal, stuffing box and internal bearings provided. .
  • No maintenance since the pump can even run dry indefinitely as there is no packing, bushes or internal Bearings.
  • Reduction of downtime production losses in view of above features.
  • All the wet-end parts are in solid molded construction to with stand corrosion and erosion.
  • The impeller is semi-open type used in our all-vertical pumps to suit both clear and polluted fluid
  • Pump mounted outside the suction tank and is not submerged type.
  • Polypropylene are manufactured by solid injection molding process with high pressure hence.

About Magnetic Pump:

  • Magnetic drive design eliminates the conventional method of shaft coupling. Hence the pump casing is fully sealed from drive end which gives away the use of conventional sealing system . There is no seal used and hence no troublesome seal repairing and replacement , leakage and production lost. Impeller and drive magnets are permanent rare earth magnets. They prevent slippage and ensure that full motor horsepower is converted into pumping power.
  • All pumps are Centrifugal Semi-Open Impeller Type pumps and need priming before start up.
  • All Pumps are rated for continuous duty with class "E" Insulation.
  • SS-316 Magnetic pumps are available upto 5 HP

Non magnetic driven Working principle: we have made shaft and stuffing box long and provide special arrangement in stuffing box with groove on shaft in such a way that liquid which come out from stuffing box will go back again to casing . Some liquid is may be come out but due to deep stuffing box it will remain in stuffing box and we have provide one hole in box which is connected to suction flange of pump by pipe line so liquid will again move to suction line and thus pump do not have any leakage from shaft . This pump is very ideal for solvents , acids and corrosives liquids where maintenance of mechanical seal is costly and also time consuming . Our complete CF series pumps will be soon available with above features and after some time we also give PP pumps with same features.
