Features:

  • As all pumps are made from rolled stainless steel, mechanical properties are far superior then cast material.
  • Pore free, non-pitting and non-adhering smoother surface, so less friction losses, and less crevice corrosion.
  • Super finish surface also ensure no ingress or emission of germs or impurities
  • Pumps are highly energy efficient and requires less NPSH to function without cavitation
  • Pump can handle liquids having viscosities up to 1500 centipoise
  • The pumps can work under a vacuum of 720 mm of Hg, suitable for vacuum evaporators.
  • Pumps are available with closed/semiopen impellers.
  • The best elastomers are used in the pumps to provide optimum resistance for high temperatures and chemicals.

Monoblock Centrifugal Pumps

 

Features:

  • Can withstand wide voltage fluctuation - from 300-440 volts.
  • Suction lift up to 7.5 meters.
  • Top flat efficiency curve : minimum variation in efficiency in entire operating range
  • Efficiency at par with internationally available pumps - higher up to 10 points than minimum required by Indian standards specification
  • Models are with IP - 44 protection. Models with IP - 55 protection are also available on request
  • Inside and outside of pump covered by anticorrosive paint
  • Continuous rated motor
  • Designed for automatic air release during priming
  • Replaceable wearing parts and hence longer life
  • Dynamically balanced rotating parts ensure minimum vibrations
  • Designed to prevent overloading and motor burning
  • Class of insulation 'B' ( 'F' Class for 9.3 kw and 11.0 Kw ratings).
